Terms and Conditions:
The minimum order accepted by Modco, Inc. is $100.00 (USD) per line item. Special priced, promotional, and engineering sample VCO'S are exempt from the minimum order requirements. Payment upon approval of credit is due 30 days after date of shipment. Shipments are billed F.O.B. Sparks, Nevada. Modco will accept VISA or Master Card as payment in full.

Warranty:

Modco, Inc. products or devices are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Modco, Inc. will repair or , at its option, replace products and / or devices that prove to be defective under proper use during the warranty period. Modco, Inc. will not repair, and / or replace product or devices that have not been demonstrated to be defective and in compliance with our stated warranty. Modco wants to be your number one VCO supplier, and to that end we go the extra mile to insure that any new designs or custom models perform as expected in your circuit or system. In general we will make changes to new designs or even supply new parts if required to insure you get the best possible performance where it counts ( your end product ).
